American Citizen Services Appointments Update – February 24, 2021

Embassy Bridgetown will provide only emergency American Citizen Services (ACS) services at this time. We will post an update when routine services resume.  For urgent assistance, please send an email to BridgetownACS@state.gov. We encourage all U.S. citizens to enroll in STEP.state.gov to receive important safety and security information.

Welcome to the American Citizens Services (ACS) Unit! This unit provides a wide range of Emergency and Non-emergency services for American Citizens in the Eastern Caribbean.

Walk-in ACS services are not available for Citizenship and Passport Services or Notarials and Authentications. Appointments for these services must be scheduled online. Once scheduled, please print out your confirmation sheet and bring it with you to the Embassy.

The consular section will be closed on all Administrative Days. Only U.S. citizens with emergencies or those that require urgent assistance will be admitted to the section.

The American Citizens Services (ACS) office of U.S. Embassy Bridgetown serves U.S. citizens living in and visiting Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, the British Virgin Islands, Dominica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Montserrat, St. Barthélemy, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, French St. Martin, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Most of the services we provide are also available at our Embassy in Grenada and our Consular Agencies in Antigua and Martinique.

U.S. citizens in Dutch St. Maarten, Saba and St. Eustatius are served by the U.S. Consulate General in Curaçao.

The ACS unit is unable to respond to visa inquiries. You may visit our Visa Section for visa related information.
