International Visitor Leadership Program
The International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) was founded in 1940 to build mutual understanding between the U.S. and other countries, through carefully designed visits that reflect the participants’ professional interests and support U.S. foreign policy goals.

PAS Grant Programs
PAS grant programs support projects that further U.S. foreign policy in Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean. This includes strengthening regional security, building prosperity for all peoples, promoting clean energy, promoting human rights, and mitigating climate change.

The International Religious Freedom Report describes the status of religious freedom in every country. The report covers government policies violating religious belief and practices of groups, religious denominations and individuals, and U.S. policies to promote religious freedom around the world.

Human Rights Report
The Human Rights Report addresses internationally recognized individual, civil, political, and worker rights, as set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other international agreements. The U.S. Department of State submits reports on all countries receiving assistance and all United Nations member states to the U.S. Congress.
