Stephen Thomas Frahm is a career member of the Foreign Service. He entered on duty in 1999. During his tenure as a Foreign Service Officer, he served in assignments in Seoul, Frankfurt, Riga, Abuja, Hong Kong and Washington DC. He currently serves as the Principal Officer and Chargé D’affaires at U.S. Embassy St. George’s Grenada. The Department has recognized his distinguished career with three meritorious and two superior honor awards.
Frahm earned a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in German from the University of Maryland University College while serving on active duty in the United States Air Force on assignment in Berlin, Germany. He went on to earn a Master of Business Administration in International Management from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management. Prior to joining the Foreign Service, Frahm had a successful career in Real Estate Development and Tourism Promotion in Arizona, Texas and Utah. He and his wife Linda are the proud parents of four children and have three grandchildren.
