Deputy Assistant Secretary Barbara Feinstein Visits Barbados
Deputy Assistant Secretary for Caribbean Affairs and Haiti Barbara Feinstein will visit Barbados from November 13-15. The Deputy Assistant Secretary will hold meetings with the Hon. Kerrie Symmonds, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade and Senior Minister coordinating Productive Sector and Senator the Hon. Lisa Cummins, Minister of Energy and Business Development to discuss the Americas Partnership for Economic Prosperity (APEP), the U.S.-Caribbean Partnership to Address the Climate Crisis (PACC2030), and other matters of mutual interest. The Deputy Assistant Secretary will also meet with members from the Eastern Caribbean Alliance for Diversity and Equality (ECADE), a civil society group, to discuss the promotion of human rights with a focus on LGBTQI+ inclusion.
