Vincentian Librarian Participates in U.S. Government-Sponsored Leadership Program

Jeon Adams-Julien, librarian at the National Public Library in St. Vincent, is traveling to the United States to participate in the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP).
